Red Carpet Skin Care
While most of us won’t be walking the Red Carpet or dancing the night away at the Governor’s Ball this Sunday, most of us have partied like a celebrity at one time or another. The result is usually bloated, blotchy or broken out skin the morning after.
You don’t have to be a pampered starlet to take A List care of your skin and avoid bad skin reviews. Start your stepping out preparations by getting a beauty nap and quaffing lots of water to pre-hydrate your skin. Down some vitamin C, E, A and B with a glass of pomegranate juice or other high antioxidant drink like green tea or hot cocoa to boost your skin’s natural defenses.
Make sure you clean all your make up off before you fall exhausted into bed and slather on a peptide based night cream to assist your skin to do its overnight rejuvenation job. In the morning, a great eye cream and deep moisturizer will make a world of difference.
