"I do a quick traditional curl with an eyelash curler before I apply a light layer of mascara. I then use the Chella heated eyelash curler to sweep my lashes up. I use it because traditional curler bends the lashes and doesn’t capture the outer lashes. Or the outer lashes go wonky and all over the place. I love this tool it works great."
